Wolf Canyon Birthday Book Club

If your child’s birthday falls between July-October, be sure to check the backpack for an invitation to join our Wolf Canyon Birthday Book Club so we can celebrate each child at our end-of-quarter assembly. Deadline to return forms/money and choose a new book from the library is this Friday, September 6th.

Cereal Box Project [based on a California place of interest] is due on September 9th.  Students will be sharing out about their findings.  Have some family fun with this project.

Upcoming FIELD TRIP on October 29th to Copley Symphony. We will let you know of the cost as soon as we figure out transportation details.

Conferences will begin September 12th – 19th.

This week in;

Language Arts – New text: Stanley’s Release. We are reading to annotate, identify key events, summarize and draw inferences from key details.

Math – We are continuing to multiply multi-digit numbers and solve multi-step word problems.

Writing – Proofread our narrative story and complete the final copy.
